Prices and product offers are valid only until they are visible on the website and until stock runs out (whether or not the site is updated to reflect current availability). We do not guarantee product availability at any given time but will do our best to fulfill orders as they come in, while supplies last.

Shipping

 

Casa Axis ships internationally. If the destination country for your order is not listed, please reach out to us at info@casaaxis.com.

Shipping rates depend on the size, weight of the artwork, and destination. We will confirm shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. There is no minimum order requirement.

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible via expedited service at no extra cost, typically within 60-90 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping to EU countries typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipments to the US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and Asia may take an additional 2-3 business days. You will be notified and receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses.

In case of any shipping issues or lost packages, please contact the shipping provider directly. If the shipping provider cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@casaaxis.com.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information provided at the time of ordering. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for customs duties or taxes for shipments outside of Spain.

Artworks are insured during shipping. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider immediately, and reach out to us within 30 days. Claims cannot be processed after this period. Packaging is designed for protection only and scratches or dents on the packaging are not included in the return policy.

Payment

 

Prices shown on the site, including taxes for customers in Spain and the EU, are in Euros (€). Prices are valid, except in cases of typographical errors.

We accept payments via credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and PayPal.

We recommend that the assembly of our artworks be done by a qualified person to avoid accidents or damage. If you are unsure about assembly, contact a local professional. Improper use of our products can cause damage to people, objects, or the artwork itself.

Our limited editions may contain small objects that could be a danger to children. Keep these artworks away from children and avoid placing them outside or exposing them to direct sunlight for long periods.
